The Unclosable Store
We turned our under-renovation store into a completely unique interactive brand experience. With thousands of QR codes covering the wall, each scan was a new way for customers to engage with our brand — AR product demos, films, games, fashion, prizes, exclusive experiences — each one delivering on our ‘Expand your world’ brand promise.
The wall was scanned a total of 11,498 times and was a huge success. It attracted more people to the store closed, than when the unrenovated store was open — a 279% uplift.
