Deloitte champion diversity and inclusion, both internally and externally. Over 65% of their staff are from minority groups and the company holds a firm belief that this enables them to approach and solve problems for their clients in a more unique way. Deloitte also work with Australia’s largest corporations to implement programs to help them become champions of diversity themselves.They came to us wanting a corporate video describing what they do. Instead we demonstrated the disjointed nature of companies that only listen to certain groups, before showing the power of everyone working together.
